Mr. Brent Theriot is an outstanding contractor.  I have worked with him on multiple occasions – each time involving an extensive gut renovation of a historic home.  The projects included restoring foundations, relaying floors and redesigning a roof.  I was impressed with the high level of craftsmanship and expertise that Brent brought to each renovation: providing the best construction possible with attention to preserving the historic character of each project.  I was especially impressed with Brent’s planning of the different phases of construction with emphasis on getting the projects done on time and staying within budget. Once completed, the projects done by Mr. Theriot have received nonstop compliments on the excellent quality of the work that he provided.  I would happily work with him again on any project – knowing that he will provide outstanding work.
