I recently had the pleasure of working with Brent Theriot at JAT Construction LLC, on a complete remodel / restoration of my home in the Marigny Triangle area of New Orleans.  Brent is an extremely professional and knowledgeable contractor that made the entire experience easy from start to finish!
Brent handled the process by giving very detailed estimates with several options for the project, he procured all necessary documents and permits for the project, made it easy to understand change orders and very important to me is that his crew maintained a safe and clean job site.
If I ever had any questions or concerns, Brent was very responsive and made sure to address them quickly and thoroughly. In the end, he delivered the remodel on budget and time. I have been extremely happy with the quality of his work and the results.
